Ben and Birthday

This week was lots of fun! Thank you to everyone that helped make my birthday so special! I received an awesome gift card to J.Crew from the class, so I spent my birthday afternoon shopping! We also had fun with Ben Franklin Day. We made Ben hats, shared our inventions, and created our own Ben chairs during a STEM activity. I was very impressed with some of the inventions. I asked students how much I would be able to purchase their invention for and most answered all under $1.00! Wow! What a steal! Hopefully one day I'll be able to own all of these awesome devices. I could really use a device that can make my bed, pick up my socks, open cabinet doors, and catch cockroaches!
